We hold your old paper medical records which may go back many years, but anything from more recent years will be held on computer. All prescribing and recall systems are done by computer.

We are registered under the data protection act, and you have the right to see your written and computerised medical records. If you would like to see your records, we will be quite happy to oblige. Please ask one of the receptionists, and they will make appropriate arrangements.
