We have an approved practice based complaints procedure. If you wish to make a complaint please phone or write to the practice manager or speak to a receptionist for a complaints Information leaflet.
Alternatively, you can provide feedback online.
We welcome compliments as it is very helpful to let staff know that the service they are giving is appreciated. Complaints and comments are not recorded in medical records and will have no effect on the treatment you receive from us.
